Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://speedhareconstructionllc.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Room Additions, Roofing Services, House Painting, Flooring Installation, Deck Building provided by Speed Hare Construction LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://speedhareconstructionllc.com is the property of Speed Hare Construction LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Speed Hare Construction LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Speed Hare Construction LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Speed Hare Construction LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Speed Hare Construction LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MD law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MD for any related dispute.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
